Is the launch event really free?
Yes, XPENG's Driving Into A New Day Physical AI Open House is completely free to attend, by invitation only. You'll never be asked for payment to register, claim your tickets, or enter the event.
How do I get an invitation?
Join the waitlist above. Invitations are limited, with guests selected from the waitlist. You'll receive a personal claim code by email and SMS to claim your free ticket through SM Tickets. Your SM Ticket is your entry pass for the show at MOA Arena.
Who gets selected, and how does the waitlist work?
Guests are selected from the waitlist by our team, based on factors such as city of residence and the profile information you share in Step 2. Register early and complete both steps for the best chance to get an invite.
When will I know if I'm invited?
Invitations go out about a week before the event. If selected, you'll receive your invitation and claim code via email and SMS, so make sure your contact details upon registration are accurate.
How do I claim my ticket via SM Tickets? (72-Hour Rule)
Your invitation will include a link to XPENG's Driving Into A New Day page on SM Tickets. Simply enter your claim code to secure your free ticket, no payment required. You'll have 72 hours to claim your tickets before the code expires and your seat is offered to the next guest on the waitlist.
Can I bring a companion or plus one?
Each invitation and SM Ticket is strictly valid for one (1) person only. If family members or friends wish to join you, we encourage them to sign up for the waitlist individually using their personal details.
Can I transfer my invitation or ticket to someone else?
No. Invitations and tickets are personal and non-transferable, matched with your registered name and phone number upon registration. Please bring a valid government-issued ID with your SM Tickets pass.
What happens if I don't get selected for an invitation?
All registered guests on the waitlist remain in our priority circle. Even if you aren't selected for the September 25 launch event, your registration grants you priority access to upcoming XPENG experiences and test drives.
What is the event schedule for the day?
Gates open for XPENG VIP guests at 3:30 PM and general XPENG guests at 5:00 PM. The show starts at 6:00 PM, followed by the XPENG Grand Reveal at 7:00 PM, artist performance at 8:00 PM, and the after-show experience with XPENG at 8:30 PM. Attire is smart casual; futuristic looks are welcome.

Is there an age policy?
Guests 18 and above may register and attend on their own. Minors are welcome only when accompanied by a registered adult guest, and each attendee still needs their own claimed ticket.
Parking, transit, and venue drop-off
MOA Arena is located within the SM Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City, with nearby parking and access via ride-hailing and bus drop-off points. Gates open for XPENG VIP guests at 3:30 PM and general XPENG guests at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow for traffic concerns and entry procedures. Detailed arrival and parking information will be sent to confirmed guests the day before the event.
