Waitlist and attendance terms
These terms cover the waitlist for XPENG Driving Into A New Day · The Physical AI Open House at MOA Arena on 25 September 2026. By joining the waitlist you accept them.

1. Nothing is for sale
Registration is free, invitations are free, and the SM Ticket you claim is free. There is no purchase path on this site and no payment at the door. If anyone asks you to pay for entry, they are not us — please report it to marketing@xpengphilippines.com.
2. Joining the waitlist is not a ticket
The waitlist registers your interest. It does not reserve a seat, guarantee an invitation, or entitle you to attend. Capacity at MOA Arena is limited and invitations are fewer than registrations.
3. How guests are selected
Invitations are selected by our team from the waitlist, guided by city or residence and the profile answers given at registration. Registering early and completing both steps improves your chances. Selection is at our discretion and we are not able to explain individual outcomes.
4. Invitations and the 72-hour claim window
- Invitations are sent about one week before the event, by email and SMS, to the details you registered with.
- Each invitation contains a personal, single-use claim code and a link to the SM Tickets page for this event.
- You have 72 hours from the invitation to claim. After that the code expires and the seat is offered to the next guest on the waitlist.
- Keeping your contact details accurate is your responsibility. We cannot reissue a code that expired because a message did not reach you.
5. One person per invitation
Each invitation and SM Ticket admits one (1) person only. Invitations and tickets are personal and non-transferable, and are matched to the name and mobile number you registered with. Anyone wishing to attend with you should join the waitlist individually.
6. Entry requirements
- Present your claimed SM Ticket and one (1) valid government-issued ID matching your registered name.
- Keep your registration QR on your phone — it is your games pass in the foyer play zone.
- Guests 18 and above may attend on their own. Minors must be accompanied by a registered adult, and every attendee needs their own claimed ticket.
- MOA Arena's own venue rules apply, including security screening and prohibited items. Entry may be refused where those rules are not met.
7. Prizes in the foyer play zone
Play-zone prizes — including tote bags, keychains and the special-merch draw — are available while stocks last, on the night only, to guests who have entered the venue. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
8. The programme may change
Timings, the vehicle line-up, the IRON humanoid showcase, the flying-car display and the performing artists are all subject to change. Artist names are announced about one week before the event, and no particular performer is guaranteed. If the event is postponed or cancelled we will notify registered guests by email and SMS.
9. Photography and recording
The event is photographed, filmed and livestreamed. By attending you accept that you may appear in images or footage used by XPENG Philippines and Dragon AI for coverage of this event and related marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, speak to the event team on site.
10. Your data
What we collect and how we use it is set out in the Data Privacy Notice. You can withdraw consent or ask for deletion at any time.
11. Fair use of this site
One registration per person, per verified mobile number and email address. Automated, duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be removed without notice, and we may withdraw an invitation where a registration is found to be false.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
