DATA PRIVACY NOTICE
How we handle your information
This notice explains what we collect when you join the waitlist for XPENG Driving Into A New Day · The Physical AI Open House, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. It is provided under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who is responsible for your data
Dragon AI runs this registration on behalf of XPENG Philippines. Both act as joint personal information controllers for the data you submit here. Dragon AI operates the registration system; XPENG Philippines uses the results to run the event and to follow up with interested guests.
Registered entity names and addresses to be confirmed by XPENG Philippines and Dragon AI before go-live.
What we collect
- Your name — first and last, used to match your invitation and ticket to you at the venue.
- Mobile number — for your confirmation and, if you are selected, your invitation and claim code. It is also the number a dealer would call if you consent to that.
- Email address — for the same messages, and as the key that prevents duplicate registrations.
- Province and city or municipality — this determines which authorised XPENG dealer is nearest to you.
- Profile answers — age bracket, what best describes you, the vehicle you drive today, your purchase timeframe, budget range, which XPENG interests you, and your experience with electric vehicles.
- Consent records — which permissions you gave, and the date and time you gave them.
- Technical information — the campaign or advertisement that brought you here (UTM parameters), your browser type, and the time of your registration.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment details. Registration and attendance are free, and there is no purchase path anywhere in this campaign.
Why we collect it
- To run the waitlist — to confirm your registration, select invitees, and send invitations and claim codes.
- To manage entry on the night — to match your claimed SM Ticket to your registered name, and to operate the foyer play zone.
- To connect you with a dealer — only if you tick that separate consent.
- To keep you informed — XPENG news, test-drive offers and X Space events, only if you tick the optional marketing consent.
- To measure the campaign — aggregate reporting on registrations by city, source and day. This reporting does not identify you.
The three consents, and what each one means
- Data privacy (required) — permission to collect and use your data for this event, as described here. Without it we cannot register you.
- Dealer sharing (optional) — permission to share your details with an authorised XPENG dealer near you. If you do not tick this, your record is never included in any dealer export, even if you are invited to the event.
- Marketing (optional) — permission to send you XPENG news, test-drive offers and X Space invitations after this campaign.
Each is recorded separately with a timestamp. Declining the optional ones does not affect your chance of being invited.
Who we share it with
- Authorised XPENG dealers — only for registrants who ticked the dealer-sharing consent. Every dealer receiving leads signs a data-sharing agreement first, and every export is logged: who exported, when, and to which dealer.
- SM Tickets — if you are invited, your claim code is presented there so you can claim your free ticket. SM Tickets handles that transaction under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers — the email and SMS providers that deliver your confirmation and invitation, and the hosting provider that runs this site. They process data on our instructions only.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else without your consent or a legal obligation.
How it is protected
- Your name, mobile number and email address are encrypted in our database. They are never stored in plain text.
- Access is restricted by role. Read-only accounts can see registration statistics but cannot see contact details and cannot export personal data.
- The site is served over HTTPS, and no personal data is placed in web addresses or left in your browser's storage.
- Every export and every deletion is recorded in an audit log.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration for the duration of the campaign and for a limited period afterwards so that XPENG Philippines can follow up on your enquiry and complete campaign reporting. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Retention period to be confirmed by XPENG Philippines before go-live.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate details corrected;
- withdraw any consent you gave, including dealer sharing and marketing, at any time;
- ask us to delete your data, or to remove your identifying details while keeping anonymous registration figures;
- object to how we use your data, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully. Asking for deletion before invitations are sent means we can no longer invite you.

Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes affecting consent will be communicated to you directly.
